(Hanover)- The construction of the state’s new ABC headquarters is underway in Hanover County. Governor Northam joined local and state officials yesterday for a groundbreaking ceremony off Pole Green Road near I-295. The new warehouse and office building will be a combined 410-thousand-square feet. VCU has hinted that the old site of ABC in Richmond could be used for an Athletics Village that includes a new stadium.
