(Richmond)- Drivers are being reminded by Virginia State Police to be careful on Super Bowl Sunday.  Superintendent Colonel Gary Settle says troopers are stepping up patrols on Sunday night as a way to battle distracted or impaired driving.  Some tips for avoiding trouble are to designate a sober driver before your Super Bowl Party begins.  State police also recommend cutting off the alcohol at the end of the third quarter.
