(Richmond)- Passenger traffic at Richmond International Airport is at an all-time high. The Capital Region Airport Commission says nearly four-point-four-million passengers came through last year, which was a jump of more than seven-percent over the previous high in 2018. The airport also saw a record number of passengers for the month of December. Delta and American Airlines represent the largest market share.
