(Arlington)- Officials in Arlington County are looking to increase speeding ticket fines. The e county board will vote on a new initiative to slap drivers with an additional 200-dollar fine for speeding in residential areas. Currently, a ticket for going 10 miles per hour over the speed limit in a residential zone is about 80-dollars. The county believes that dozens of streets in the area could get the higher fee distinction and are warning drivers with a lead foot to watch their speed.
