(Prince William County)- A woman is being charged with DUI and reckless driving with an infant in Prince William County. The driver was identified as 26-year-old Barbara Schmidt of Lindon. Officers stopped her SUV around 2:25 a.m. on Tuesday along James Madison Highway near Market Ridge Road for speeding and not maneuvering properly. They discovered she was under the influence of alcohol and was driving with a 10-month-old baby and a second adult passenger. Schmidt was arrested and charged with felony child neglect, driving under the influence and reckless driving. She is scheduled to be in court on February 19th, 2020.
