(Richmond)- State officials say Jens Soering and Elizabeth Haysom will be granted parole for the 1985 murder of Haysom’s parents. Both will be turned over to ICE for deportation. Soering will return to Germany and Haysom will be sent to Canada. The two were convicted of killing Haysom’s parents in Bedford County. Soering requested a full pardon but Governor Northam denied the request.
