(Louisa)- Details are coming in on the murder of an elderly man in Louisa County. Investigators say a 16-year-old male forced 82-year-old Roger Payne and his wife Nancy out to railroad tracks near their home in Gordonsville on Tuesday afternoon. He allegedly shot them both with a sawed-off shotgun. The suspect and victims were reportedly neighbors. The teen was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
