(Virginia Beach)- The independent investigation into the May 31st Virginia Beach Municipal Center mass shooting claims there’s no “definitive motive for the attack.” A risk management consulting firm conducted a private investigation into the shooting. Investigators analyzed various elements with the hopes of providing survivors, victims families and the public with answers. They did not discover anything that would indicate the incident could’ve been prevented. The FBI is still investigating.
