Texas Man Accused of Cyberstalking Fauquier Girl

(Charlottesville)- A Texas man is facing charges in Charlottesville for cyberstalking and making interstate threats to a Virginia family. Authorities say 19-year-old Adrian O’Dell had an online relationship with a juvenile girl in Lindon, in Fauquier County who ultimately committed suicide. He was indicted on October 15th in Charlottesville on charges for making threats to the girls family following her death. O’Dell was arrested in Texas this week and charged with three counts of cyberstalking and two counts of making interstate threats. He also sent messages that violated a protective order and caused the family additional emotional distress.
