(DC)- Congressional lawmakers representing this area voted along party lines in the impeachment inquiry against the president. 1st District Republican Robb Wittman voted against a resolution to formalize the inquiry yesterday, while 7th District Democrat Abigail Spanberger voted in favor. Wittman said the vote was further proof the proceedings have been conducted in a partisan way, lacking transparency.
