(Louisa)- Louisa County investigators are crediting the public with the safe return of a missing 14-year-old girl. Major Donald Lowe says it was a call-in tip that led search teams to the location of Bruce Lynch’s car in Caroline County on Wednesday night. Isabel Hicks was found with him and is now safe with family. Lynch was taken to the Central Virginia Regional Jail for felony abduction. Law enforcement agencies received about 400 tips in connection to Hicks’ nine-day disappearance.
