(Caroline)- The Louisa County Sheriff’s office reports that the AMBER Alert for a 14-year-old girl has been canceled after she was found safe by police last night. A vehicle with Isabel Hicks and her mother’s ex-boyfriend, Bruce Lynch, was located and stopped in Caroline County after a pursuit. Lynch was taken into custody and Isabel Hicks appeared to be unharmed. She went missing on October 21st when he allegedly abducted her.
