(Hanover)- A manhunt is underway in Hanover County for a missing Louisa County teen and her alleged abductor. The Hanover Sheriff’s office confirmed they were spotted there last night. Fourteen-year-old Isabel Hicks was last seen at her home in Bumpass more than a week ago. Investigators said she may be with her mother’s ex-boyfriend, Bruce Lynch.
