(Louisa)- Authorities believe a missing Louisa girl and her abductor may be in rural West Virginia. Officials say 14-year-old Isabel Hicks was last seen a week ago with 33-year-old Bruce Lynch. She is believed to be in extreme danger. Logan County Sheriff’s deputies in West Virginia issued an Amber Alert for Hicks and obtained a felony warrant against Lynch Friday. Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
