(Richmond)- Virginia’s unemployment rate is at its lowest level in 18 years. Federal officials say the unemployment rate in the Commonwealth fell from two-point-eight to two-point-seven percent last month. Governor Ralph Northam says efforts to attract 21st century jobs to Virginia are paying off. The labor force increased for the 15th straight month.
