(Stafford)- A man is facing charges for the death of his wife, who disappeared 30 years ago in Stafford County. Marta Rodriguez went missing in 1989, but her remains weren’t discovered until two years later in an I-95 turnaround. Those remains weren’t positively identified until last year. Jose Rodriguez Cruz was indicted on October 7th in Stafford County for first-degree murder. He’s currently serving a prison sentence for the 2009 murder of his girlfriend in DC.
