(Petersburg)- Virginia State University’s marching band is now reinstated amid a hazing investigation. VSU police have narrowed down the anti-hazing violations to a few members of the Trojan Explosion Marching Band who are part of Drum Phi, a campus-based social organization. The university announced yesterday that Drum Phi is suspended for three years, and the select members have been disciplined. The suspension for the band as a whole was lifted.
