(Blacksburg)- The leaves may not be quite as colorful this fall. A forestry professor at Virginia Tech says the recent lack of rain is heavily affecting the usual vibrant colors on trees. Most of the Commonwealth was listed in moderate drought conditions in the latest U.S. Drought Monitor report.
