(Louisa)- Louisa County investigators say close to 70 goats living in poor conditions were seized yesterday. An anonymous tip led deputies to check out the property on Wickham Road, where the animals were reportedly suffering from malnutrition, severely matted fleece and overgrown hooves. One of the goats was euthanized after the seizure. Charges are pending against the owner.
