(Fauquier)- Two people are facing felony animal cruelty charges in connection to a large Fauquier County puppy mill. Deputies seized 80 dogs reportedly living in poor and unsanitary conditions from property in the Tower Hill Road area. They were working on an anonymous tip from someone who recently looked for a dog to purchase. Fauquier’s Animal Control office is now caring for the dogs. The owner also didn’t have a proper license to run the facility.
