(Richmond)- Some customers of Dominion Energy are demanding refunds. Activists gathered for a rally outside the company’s Richmond headquarters yesterday after it was revealed recently that Dominion pulled in almost 380-million-dollars in over-earnings the past two years. The State Corporation Commission is holding a hearing today to consider the company’s request to raise the percentage they keep from profits.
