(DC)- Metro is reopening for today’s commute after it concluded its final testing for a rush hour train simulation. The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority says that regular rail service resumes this morning on the Blue and Yellow lines located at Braddock Road, King Street-Old Town, Eisenhower Avenue, Huntington, Van Dorn Street, and Franconia-Springfield. Along with rail service resuming, Metro will no longer run shuttle buses from the stations but will keep some shuttles nearby just in case something goes wrong.
