(Norfolk)- Virginia emergency responders are ready to help those affected by Hurricane Dorian. The Virginia Red Cross says close to 20 volunteers are heading to Florida to help with supplies and food. The FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Team based in Virginia Beach is also gearing up for an expected trip to the south. Fourteen task force members are already in Puerto Rico assessing any damage there.
