(Virginia Beach)- Two women with ties to Virginia Beach are among the victims who died in the mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio. The healthcare company Anthem confirmed yesterday that an employee from its Virginia Beach office, Beatrice Curtis, was visiting her former co-worker Monica Brickhouse at the time of the shooting. Brickhouse had recently transferred from Virginia Beach to Dayton. Anthem’s CEO said both Curtis and Brickhouse worked tirelessly with positive energy and enthusiasm.
