(Alexandria)- Governor Northam says more than 300-thousand Virginians are receiving healthcare thanks to Medicaid expansion. Lawmakers agreed to a budget last year that expanded Medicaid eligibility throughout the state. Northam said in Alexandria yesterday that they’ll continue to get the word out to newly eligible individuals who may be unaware the rules have changed.
