(Woodbridge)- A northern Virginia tow truck driver is facing charges after he allegedly tried to haul off a repossessed car with a family inside. Prince William County police say the owner of the car came out to stop the driver, but the man struck him with the truck in Woodbridge last week. The driver allegedly then punched the owner, unhooked the car and drove off. Officers found the tow truck driver and arrested him for attempted malicious wounding and assault among other charges.
