(Richmond)- Governor Northam is continuing to call for a change to Virginia’s gun laws ahead of tomorrow’s special session. He spoke at last night’s Stop the Gun Violence rally at 31st Street Baptist Church in Richmond. A spokesman for House Speaker Kirk Cox told the Richmond Times-Dispatch that the governor’s gun legislation proposals are an election-year political move.
