(Richmond)- The Catholic Diocese of Richmond is encouraging people to report on more than just sexual abuse allegations in the church. A third-party company will now manage a hotline for complaints on any ethical misconduct issues, such as financial fraud or administrative troubles. The communications director for the diocese says the bishop wanted to add another layer of accountability. The Richmond Diocese covers most of the state, with the exception of northern Virginia.
