(Virginia Beach)- Memorials can be seen throughout Virginia Beach today in honor of the victims who lost loved ones in the mass shooting on Friday. One of the victims was Chris Rapp–a former Stafford County government employee. A public vigil is scheduled for tomorrow night at a Virginia Beach church.
