(Crozet)- The Virginia Department of Labor is fining a Crozet company in connection to an employee’s death. A woman died last July after a pile of lumber fell on her at R.A. Yancey Lumber Corp. The Labor Department issued a report that found the lumber wasn’t secure and cited the company for an absence of first aid kits on site. The fine came out to just over 24-thousand-dollars.
