(Undated)- Virginia is being called one of the best states in the U.S. in a new study. The U.S. News & World Report ranked Virginia number-seven overall for 2019, based on eight measures. The state fell into the top ten in education, opportunity, fiscal stability and crime. It was a big jump year-to-year for Virginia, which ranked 20th in last year’s edition.
