(Richmond)- A Virginia high school is near the top of the list of the nation’s best. U.S. News & World Report released its annual rankings of top public high schools yesterday, where Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Alexandria came in at number-four overall. Langley and McLean high schools in McLean were rated in the top 130. The state of Virginia ranked number-eight for having the most schools listed in the top 25-percent nationwide.
