(Richmond)- Richmond Police have a new SWAT team member, and he’s just nine-years-old. Yesterday, Matthew Martinez was sworn in as a member of the Richmond Police Department. He suffers from cystic fibrosis and his wish was to be a part of the SWAT team. Matthew got his very own SWAT team uniform and spent the day conducting training exercises with the SWAT team.
