(DC)- The CDC is reporting an increase in the number of people that have been infected with E. coli from ground beef in ten states, including Virginia. The number has increased to over 150 cases since the start of March. Twenty people became so sick they had to be hospitalized. The agency said yesterday they’re still trying to determine the source of contaminated ground beef that was supplied to grocery stores and restaurants.
