(New Kent County)- Horse race wagering is back in business in Virginia. Rosie’s Gaming Emporium opened to hundreds of customers yesterday in New Kent County. People now have the opportunity to bet on historical horse racing machines at the Colonial Downs site. Rosie’s plans to also open locations in Richmond, Hampton and Vinton before the year is out. Live horse racing begins on August 8th at Colonial Downs.
