(Richmond)- State lawmakers are okay with some bill amendments made by Governor Northam. They gave the go-ahead for increased tractor-trailer registration fees during yesterday’s one-day session. The money will fund major interstate projects along I-81, 95 and 66. Lawmakers also approved a budget amendment to help over 600-thousand Virginians get their drivers licenses back after previous suspensions over court debt.
