(Richmond)- Triple-A is adding to the call for Governor Northam to ban cell phones from the hands of Virginia’s drivers. Triple A and the Virginia Sheriff’s Association are urging the governor to amend a bill that bans handheld phones in highway work zones to include any road in the state. He has until tomorrow at midnight to sign, amend or veto any bill passed this legislative session.
