(Fairfax)- Fairfax County Public Schools are facing several federal lawsuits over sexual misconduct. At least three students say the school system mishandled sexual misconduct investigations. Two boys claim they were wrongfully punished based on false accusations. A third person says the school system ignored a girl’s complaint that she was groped on a band trip. School officials declined to comment on any of the cases.
