(Prince William County)- A man who killed his wife and a Prince William County police officer three years ago is apologizing. Army Staff Sergeant Ronald Hamilton was found guilty last September in the shooting deaths of Crystal Hamilton and Officer Ashley Guindon, who was working her first shift on the force. The jury couldn’t agree on a death sentence recommendation. Hamilton told the families he was sorry in a letter he sent out this week and said he would change things if he could go back in time.
