(Richmond)- Cigarette sales in Virginia will soon be restricted to those 21 and older. Yesterday, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam signed a bill banning those under 21 from buying tobacco products and e-cigarette fluid. The law grants an exemption for active duty military personnel. Virginia is now the seventh state to raise the age of tobacco sales.
