Gloucester School Board Taking No Action On Restroom Policy

(Gloucester)- Gloucester County’s school board isn’t making any moves to change its restroom policy.  The public weighed in earlier this week on a proposal that would allow students to use the restroom consistent with their asserted gender identity.  The school board said yesterday that there is no time frame on when they’ll take action or discuss it again.  Transgender student Gavin Grimm filed a suit four years ago after he said he was humiliated when the district offered up an alternative restroom.
