(Richmond)- Fallen Hanover Fire Lieutenant Brad Clark is Virginia’s Career Firefighter of the Year. Clark died in October during Hurricane Michael when a tractor-trailer plowed into his firetruck parked on the side of I-295 with emergency lights on. Governor Northam says that Clark’s selfless actions make him a hero. A new specialty move over license plate will feature Clark’s image, and most of the 25-dollar annual fee will go to a memorial fund in Lieutenant Clark’s honor.
