(Richmond)- A bill to create a new special license plate honoring fallen Hanover Fire Lieutenant Brad Clark is heading to Governor Northam’s desk. The bill was passed by the General Assembly yesterday. If Northam signs it, a move over license plate featuring Clark’s image will be available to Virginia drivers. Clark was killed in October when a driver ran into a fire truck with lights flashing parked on the side of I-295. The move over license plate will cost 25-dollars annually, 15 of which will go to a memorial fund for Lieutenant Clark.
