(Hanover)- Police are identifying a driver killed on I-95 in Hanover County. State police say on Tuesday, 29-year-old Brendon Cook, of King George County, crashed into the back of a Honda near the 86 mile marker. His Mustang apparently bounced off a guardrail before a tractor-trailer hit his car. Cook was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of another vehicle involved was taken to the hospital for serious injuries. Speed and wet pavement are considered factors, but the crash is still under investigation.
