(Richmond)- Former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe is predicting Governor Northam will resign over a racist photo of him from 1984. On CNN’s State of the Union, McAuliffe said once the photo of Northam involving black face and a klansman costume came out, there is no way he can continue to be the governor of the commonwealth of Virginia. McAuliffe says he believes Northam is a good and moral man who made a mistake, but he will do the right thing for the people of Virginia.
