(Bowie)- Maryland State Police are investigating a crash that killed five children. The incident happened over the weekend on Route 301 in Bowie when a car went off the side of the road. Police say when the car hit several trees, all the children inside were ejected and killed on the scene. Investigators believe that some of the kids were not wearing seat belts during the crash. The driver identified as Dominique Taylor and the mother of two of the victims, was injured and released from the hospital. An adult passenger was also injured but he is listed in critical condition.
