(Richmond)- The push to bring casinos into Virginia is hitting a delay. Supporters have been hoping to put a measure to bring legalized gaming on a November ballot this year. The Senate Finance Committee is now proposing a bill that will require a study to be completed before legislation is considered in 2020. The cities of Bristol, Danville, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Richmond are being considered as locations for casinos.
