(Richmond)- Restaurants looking to get out word on their happy hour specials may soon get a break in Virginia. They are currently not allowed to advertise any details about happy hour anywhere other than in their restaurant. Two bills passed yesterday by legislators would soon allow them to start getting the word out to customers through social media and emails.
