(Richmond)- Virginia lawmakers are looking to take cell phones out of the hands of drivers. A hands-free driving bill is being proposed that would make it illegal to hold a phone while behind the wheel in Virginia. Fines would start at 125-dollars. More than a dozen other states have reportedly passed laws that prohibit the use of phones while driving.
