(Richmond)- Virginia’s SNAP recipients are receiving their February funds early. The Department of Social Services says those in the nutrition assistance program will get benefits tomorrow as a proactive measure due to the federal government shutdown. Benefits will automatically be loaded onto their EBT cards.
